What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and coordinate the day‑to‑day flow of the workshop with confidence and efficiency. Support your technicians to hit KPI’s while maintaining the highest safety standards. Act as the vital link between Parts and Service Advisors to achieve seamless communication and excellent customer satisfaction. Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle is fixed right the first time. Allocate jobs effectively to keep your team running smoothly and productively.
