POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects from inception to completion. As the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your primary focus will be to coordinate project activities, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate progress with stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure ServiceNow projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews. Lead cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, business analysts/system administrator, and testers. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are working toward common goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively manage project issues and develop solutions to address roadblocks. Implement contingency plans to ensure project continuity in the event of unforeseen challenges. ServiceNow Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring they align with client requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and processes during each phase of the project. Collaborate with ServiceNow technical experts to address technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery. Agile Methodology: Implement Agile methodologies to manage ServiceNow projects, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Ensure that the project team follows Agile principles to promote flexibility and continuous improvement. Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with the ServiceNow solution. Gather feedback from clients post-deployment to improve processes and project delivery. Ensure ongoing client engagement and identify opportunities for future ServiceNow projects. Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and control project budgets, tracking resource utilization and ensuring efficient use of time and materials. Ensure proper resource allocation and identify gaps or additional needs during the project. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions meet quality standards before deployment. Collaborate with the testing and QA teams to ensure thorough testing of ServiceNow implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to continuously improve project management processes. REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with hands‑on experience in system administration, configuration, and customization. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience with tracking tools to log, track, and manage projects. PREFERRED Understanding of Enterprise Service Management and the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Detail‑oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
