The Role As our National Retail Manager, you will be the strategic and operational leader of our retail network across Australia. You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, shaping the customer experience, and leading a high‑performing team across our national store portfolio. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your passion for retail excellence, commercial acumen, and people‑first mindset will shape the next phase of our retail evolution. Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers across a growing network of stores. Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational standards across all retail locations. Develop and execute the national retail strategy in line with the company's vision and goals. Foster a customer‑first culture, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience in every store. Deliver on KPIs and sales targets while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements. Partner with Buying, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of in‑store execution with brand campaigns and product launches. Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and expansion planning. Lead the training, coaching, and development of retail leaders to build internal capability and succession planning. Champion innovation in retail technology, merchandising, and team engagement. About You Proven experience as a Retail Manager in an area, state, or national role, or similar multi‑site leadership role. Strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence across multiple stores. Inspirational people leader with a passion for developing high‑performing teams. Strategic thinker with commercial insight and retail agility. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
