Personal Care Worker (Home Care) - Western Suburbs HenderCare is currently seeking a highly experienced Personal Care Worker to attend several homecare services throughout Melbourne's Western Suburbs : St Albans, Keilor Park, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, and Surrounding Suburbs . About the role: As a casual Personal Care Worker, you will aim to maximise the service recipients' independence by addressing their needs and building positive home environments and relationships with families and the community. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex care, excel in handling multiple short shifts, able to drive and attend multiple clients, ensuring consistent opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives we support.
