Manage end-to-end requests for members, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate results in the best interests of members and Insignia. Align stakeholders on shared goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Manage personal workflow to consistently meet service level agreements. Clarify stakeholder responsibilities and ensure accountability for deliverables. Proactively manage a portfolio of cases to maintain a high standard of service. Provide personalised, ongoing communication to keep insurance customers informed of progress. Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and overall customer experience.
