Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Join the Cibaria Manly Team Led by Chef Alessandro Pavoni of Pavoni Plus Pty Ltd and the team behind a’Mare at Crown, Barangaroo. We’re currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Section Waiters to join the growing team at Cibaria Manly, a vibrant 350-seat Italian venue in the heart of Manly. Cibaria brings together the warmth of Italian hospitality, a refined food and wine offering, and the signature touch of Chef Alessandro Pavoni. From house-made pasta to fresh gelato, a beautifully curated wine list, and a welcoming atmosphere, Cibaria is a celebration of authentic Italian dining. We proudly earnt the coveted Australian Good Food Guides’ Chefs’ Hat About the Role As a Section Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You’ll take ownership of your section, work closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Essential Requirements: Full Australian working rights Current NSW RSA Certificate Fluent spoken English Hospitality Diploma and/or 1-3 years of premium dining experience A strong focus on customer service and team collaboration Exemplary personal presentation Good eye for detail Great memory for faces Excels at customer service Passion for food, wine, and hospitality Preferred: Experience with Italian cuisine and wine Familiarity with food and wine pairings Experience using reservation systems like SevenRooms Italian language skills are a bonus Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing your section and delivering excellent guest experiences Preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels Using our Micros POS system for orders and transactions Offering informed recommendations and communicating menu details Checking for dietary needs and preferences Liaising with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction Managing bills and payment processes professionally What We Offer: A supportive team and a strong focus on work/life balance Competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per year + super Great share in tips Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within Maestro Hospitality Staff discounts across all venues in the group Additional retail and accommodation benefits through Crown Sydney How to Apply Send your CV, proof of working rights, and a short statement on why you'd be a great fit for Cibaria Manly to *******@pavoniplus.com.au.
