Mortgage Broker - No Lead Generation - Salary + Commissions We are a well-established (31 years) mortgage broking business based in the Sutherland Shire looking for a mortgage broker to grow with us and share in the rewards. Therefore, there is no need for you to prospect or qualify leads as this job has already been done so you do not have to waste time converting leads into deals. Our staff will assist you from the time you receive a qualified lead to post settlement. We take care of your compliance and we are continually looking at ways to improve our processes so you can focus on maximising your earning potential by achieving strong settlement numbers and very high conversion rates. The security of a salary based on realistic targets + uncapped commissions + additional commissions for any leads you may bring. Ongoing training and development for new brokers to the industry. What you would do Your role will be to focus on doing what you do best and that is to provide our clients with the best possible finance solutions and excellent customer service. Provide lending advice at various stages of the online application process. Understanding customers' needs and desired outcomes to help them achieve their financial goals. Take the customer on a stress‑free journey throughout the application process. Managing the home loan application process with our staff. Maintaining the existing relationships as the portfolio grows. What we are looking for We are looking for a mortgage broker who cares about customers. Qualified mortgage broker. Candidates currently undertaking mentorship will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis alongside those holding full mortgage broker licences. Be able to process approvals through to settlement with the help of our internal support staff. Understand the importance of building strong relationships with existing and new clients and keeping them updated throughout the process of their application. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be well‑versed in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. OUR OFFER Income Earning Opportunity includes: Attractive Salary based on realistic settlement target and experience. Uncapped commission for settlements in excess of target. Additional commissions for any leads you bring (20% referral fee for any leads you bring to the business). Long term opportunities for the right person.
