The role Deliver end-to-end legal support for national property and leasing matters, including options, renewals, new sites, negotiations, and surrenders. Provide clear, commercial advice by applying strong knowledge of retail leasing legislation across multiple jurisdictions. Lead high-volume franchising transactions Lead high-volume franchising transactions (per year), including drafting agreements, negotiating terms, and managing renewals, transfers, and terminations. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing decision-making across property, operations, franchise development, and the wider business. Contribute to broader commercial legal advisory work, with genuine opportunities to grow as the business and the legal function expands. About you 5+ years PQE in property, leasing, franchising, and / or commercial law Strong contract drafting, transactional management, and negotiation capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A pragmatic, solutions-focused lawyer who can balance legal risk with commercial realities Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities If you're ready to step into a role where you can build, influence, and make your mark across both property and franchising at a national level, this is the career move for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
