Faculty Administrator NSW&ACT/GPiT Faculties Sydney – Full Time, Permanent, 5 days a week (North Sydney office, face to face) Salary: $79,959 + Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax‑free for living expenses. About The Role In the Faculty Administrator role, with dual reporting lines to the State Manager NSW & ACT and GPiT Faculty Manager, you’ll manage reception, office services, and administrative support. You will also liaise with members, council, and stakeholders, coordinate events, meetings, and communications, and provide operational support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with event management including setup and pack down, coordinating catering, troubleshooting AV and other systems and ensuring all equipment for events and workshops is in optimal working order. Manage update requests for the NSW/ACT faculty webpage, support council and working groups with agendas, minutes, and action tracking. Manage office logistics including supplies, contractors, mail, and building access. Coordinate travel, budgets, invoicing, and record management for the NSW & ACT and GPiT Faculty. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a receptionist position, with a commitment and focus on customer service. Experience providing administrative support to multiple business functions and managing competing priorities. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Confidence with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
