Business Analyst

An experienced Business Analyst is required to support priority Service Improvement initiatives. This role focuses on identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency and service optimisation across business units, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of improvement outcomes. This role is for an initial 5 month contract + possible extensions and the successful candidate must be a resilient team player with strong change management skills available to work in Fremantle with 1-2 days from home. Key Responsibilities Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Support project teams in implementing Service Improvement initiatives. Track and report on outcomes and performance metrics. Facilitate workshops and support change management activities. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process or service improvement Business process mapping and analysis. Change management background. Strong collaboration, facilitation, documentation and communication skills.
