Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll work across a deeply integrated Salesforce environment built around Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF) , 3B Forms , WFM/Sirenum , and 2cloudnine , supporting recruitment, compliance, scheduling, payroll, analytics — and everything in between. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape how our teams deliver critical services across Australia. What You’ll Be Doing Platform Ownership & Configuration: Optimise configuration across BH4SF, 3B, 2cloudnine, Sirenum/WFM & custom objects. Build and maintain flows, lightning pages, validation rules, metadata, security & permissions. User Support & Troubleshooting: Be the escalation point for recruiters, allocations, compliance & operations. Diagnose complex cross-system issues spanning ATS, WFM, Payroll, Analytics. Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards that drive decisions across recruitment, compliance, workforce planning & management. Ensure reporting consistency across all branches. Data Quality Leadership: Lead data hygiene, duplicate management, compliance audits & data integrity initiatives. Automation & Process Improvement: Own Flow automation across onboarding, screening, job/shift creation, scheduling logic & communication workflows. Migrate legacy automations to modern Flow best practice. Release & Vendor Management: Manage ISV updates (Bullhorn, 3B, 2cloudnine, WFM) and run regression, sandbox testing & change control. Integration Oversight: Support connections for onboarding, scheduling, payroll exports, portals & analytics, managing escalation pathways. Business Analysis & Roadmapping: Translate operational needs into scalable solutions. Managing stakeholders to protect long-term platform health. Produce clear BRDs, acceptance criteria & change documentation. Training & Adoption: Own knowledge articles, onboarding content & best‑practice training – Champion adoption across recruiters, allocators, compliance & clinical teams. What You Bring Degree qualified in IT, Business or related field. Exposure to recruitment environments highly regarded. 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong configuration ability across multi‑cloud environments. Flow expert (or close to it). SOQL basics. Experience supporting integrated Salesforce systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce security & user management. Confident stakeholder communicator, a thought leader who can challenge respectfully.
