Experienced cook or a chef who does not like to work the hours in a restaurant is required to join our team in Narre Warren North. In our kitchen we make frittatas, different types of salads, casseroles, lasagne and quiches. It is not a set menu. The successful Applicant will have a proven track record of: Delivering excellent quality standards of cooking; Follow the food preparation process and any other relative activities as per the guidelines; Follow rotational menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings Working well in a team environment; Maintaining a work schedule and rostering that reflects the customers’ needs; Controlling ordering and stock to an acceptable level relevant to department sales; Maintaining the appearance and layout of the kitchen; Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained at standards.
