Sky Music | Online Customer Service Assistant - Drums | Keys | PA | Guitars At Sky Music we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service across an ever growing range of products, helping our customers find the instrument or product that is right for them As a growing business we are always looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our team across a variety of departments and specialities. Currently we're looking for someone to join our online sales team on a full time or part time basis to assist with a range of tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and occasionally some problem solving Experience with an instrument is crucial to this role, and basic knowledge of gear is highly appreciated. Some job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat Provide advice and solutions for musicians of all levels Picking and packing orders and preparing them for dispatch Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Quality control - preparing musical instruments for dispatch What we are looking for Strong communication and people skills A positive, patient, and helpful attitude Good computer and typing skills Ability to manage a large amount of enquiries at once As part of the team at Sky Music you will not only be exposed to our massive range of stock on a daily basis (And the perks that come with that), but also have the opportunity to grow and progress through one of Australia's preeminent musical instrument retail businesses as it grows and changes Apply now with your resume and cover letter if you think you'd be a good fit for this role Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
