Offering an extensive range of affordable, great quality trophies & awards. Their team in Melbourne\'s north is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their small team. In this role, you will use your skills in customer support and order management that will be valued and honed. Our client is a forward-thinking company that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient order processing. Key Points Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm Salary $65k + Super Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers through the order process. Manage and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely processing, updates, and follow-ups. Collaborate directly with the warehouse team to prioritize and expedite urgent orders. Process and oversee approximately 50–80 customer orders daily. Ensure order accuracy and authorise invoices post-picking, coordinating with other teams who handle direct invoicing tasks. Systems & Tools You\'ll Use Phone System: RingCentral Email Platform: Helpwise E-commerce Platforms: Two proprietary company websites Sales Software: Cin7 Core (formerly Dear Systems) for managing online sales Warehouse Management System (WMS): For order picking and freight entry Accounting Software: Xero (assist with ensuring order accuracy and authorise invoicing, but no direct use) Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in customer support or order management Familiarity with the systems and tools mentioned is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Calm and welcoming nature If you feel you fit all of the above criteria, then please APPLY NOW (Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted) Name: Please include your first and last name.
