To learn more about our beautiful care home visit: As Care Manager you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person‑centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
