An exciting opportunity has become available for a Compliance Support Officer to join a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering quality education across Victoria. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Compliance Officer, trainers, and administrative teams to help ensure we meet all regulatory, industry, and internal standards. If you're looking for a role where your eye for detail and commitment to integrity will truly make an impact, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining compliance systems, records, and documentation Support audit preparation, audits, and inspections Help review, develop, and implement compliance policies and procedures Collaborate with trainers and administrative staff to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Monitor regulatory updates and support the organisation in responding to changes Promote a strong compliance and ethical culture across the business About You: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and compliance systems (e.g., aXcelerate or similar) Previous experience in an RTO compliance, administration, or quality assurance role (desirable) Understanding of ASQA, VET compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks (desirable) Why Join Us?
