Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine – Brisbane QLD The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high quality professional standards for rural and remote medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care. As the Member Service Officer, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) services to members, ensuring alignment with ACRRM’s strategic direction. This includes contributing to a high-performing team, supporting colleagues to deliver member and community objectives, and role‑modeling behaviours that underpin a high-performance culture. In a heavy customer service and administrative role, your responsibilities would include: Supporting the administration and delivery of CPD programs, membership, and services Assisting with CPD Home Essentials onboarding and administration Maintaining accurate records and data entry in relevant systems Monitoring and reporting on CPD participation and compliance Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and member experience Building and sustaining positive relationships with team members, members and stakeholders This is a permanent full-time appointment, based in the Brisbane Head Office, and is an integral part of a busy and dynamic team.
