People & Talent Business Partner – JBS&G We are looking for a seasoned People & Talent Business Partner to join our Melbourne office. The role reports to the General Manager – Business Services and will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of people‑related aspects of our business, collaborating with leaders to develop and implement initiatives that support business goals. Base pay range: A$80,000–A$130,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Human Resources Key Responsibilities Work with the national P&T team to develop strategies that attract, retain and develop top talent. Support State Managers and Team Leads across the employment life cycle. Assist the People & Talent team with national initiatives, projects, deadlines and employee relations. Contribute to initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices. About You 5+ years generalist experience in HR. Understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or situations. Ideally, experience in one of the following disciplines – Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, Leader Coaching, Leadership Development or DEI, Culture and Engagement.
