Due to the continued growth of the business, an exciting opportunity has risen for a highly driven, experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. Ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience in a similar role Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well within a small tight knit team Honest and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement Titan DMS experience (desirable) About the Role: With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, the role requires a proactive individual, who understands they play a vital role in our organisation. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet the expectations of the most discerning customers, while assisting the dealership exceed its customer satisfaction, quality and financial objectives.
