Automotive Service Advisor with a commitment to quality State of the art Dealership at North Lakes INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following qualities: An honest and reliable work ethic A desire to succeed and self-develop Highly organized A sound knowledge of motor mechanics Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner A friendly and approachable personality A willingness to go the extra mile for our customers Ability to work in a busy service centre GWM Haval, Nissan, Renault, LDV, RAM, GMSV, SsangYong, Mahindra and Holden franchises Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Pentana will be highly regarded Knowledge of achieving SSS and CE Scores As an integral part of our service team you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers are kept up to speed on the servicing of their vehicle at every stage. You'll need to liaise with both customers and staff to provide accurate advice and options. You will be required to deliver an exceptional experience in a high paced environment.
