Due to internal movements and year‑end demands, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join the team on an initial 6‑month contract, with potential to go permanent. Key Responsibilities Process daily sales revenue, invoices, rebates, and credit notes across retail channels Assist with month‑end close, including journals, reconciliations, and revenue reporting Maintain accounts receivable ledger and support debtor follow‑ups Reconcile POS, EFTPOS, and online payment platforms with bank feeds Prepare weekly sales, revenue, and variance reports for management Liaise with store teams and finance to resolve billing or revenue discrepancies Support audits and ensure accurate financial records in line with policies About You 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience working within retail (beneficial but not essential) Immediately available to start If you’re interested in taking the next step in your career, please apply now or contact Jared Ooi on or email for more information.
