We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef / Functions Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for a chef who thrives in both day‑to‑day kitchen operations and the excitement of delivering high‑quality functions and events. About the Role Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations. Lead menu planning, preparation, and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions. Ensure consistency, quality and creativity across all food service. Mentor, train and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen. Strong background in functions, banquets or large-scale catering. Ability to lead a team with passion, professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple events and service needs.
