Lecturer – Business/TAE/Finance & Work Health and Safety North Regional TAFE is seeking to establish an open recruitment pool for delivery of various Business, Finance, TAE and WHS qualifications. Position and Campus : 1 full-time position for immediate filling at our Karratha or Pundulmurra campuses. The pool will be used to appoint suitable applicants as vacancies arise, which may include full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term vacancies, with the possibility of further extensions and/or permanency. Pool Availability : Appointments to the pool are possible until 31 May 2028 . North Regional TAFE reserves the right to extend or cease advertising as needed. Relevant Qualifications and Experience To be eligible for employment you must have: Significant relevant industry/vocational or lecturing experience (at least 5 years) Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed, including: BSB20120 Certificate II in Business BSB30120 Certificate III in Business BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business BSB50120 Diploma of Business BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping FNS30322 Certificate III in Accounts Administration FNS50222 Diploma of Accounting BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training There is a minimum qualification required to deliver accredited vocational education and training (VET) as defined by the Registration Standards Standards) or its successors. The current minimum qualification required is the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110), or a secondary teaching qualification with an Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011, TAESS00019, or TAESS00024). Applicants who do not yet hold the minimum required VET credentials may still apply; however the successful candidate must be enrolled in, and commence training for, an approved training and assessment credential and record satisfactory progress to complete the credential within two years from commencement. Staff must remain employed in the location for 12 months to be eligible to receive the second payment.
