In this role, you'll Be working as part of our Group Technology Branch delivering technology based projects for the Opal Next Generation Program. Lead the design and implementation of a range of systems integration or technology projects for the ONG program, managing the end-to-end delivery of complex and integrated technology solutions requiring the effective management of solution scope, key stakeholders, system suppliers, Transport resources, budgets, and issues and risks. The $567.9 million Opal Next Generation program will provide customers with greater choice when travelling on the Opal network, by introducing Opal Cards for digital wallets and providing customers with an increase in new technologies for improved journey planning, payment options and information access. This position is Fixed Term to 31/12/27 and based at Macquarie Park and the team also works from Elizabeth Street in the city. 2-3 days a week in the office with hybrid work arrangements. About you Project Manager experience of technology projects, delivering ONG projects for Transport for NSW with extensive experience in the end-to-end technology project delivery lifecycle (scoping, initiation, design and build, implementation, and project closure). Experience with project management methodologies such as Transport’s PEFM is advantageous. Expert in project delivery, connecting the dots to solve implementation roadblocks and forging good working relationships within the broader program team.
