Manage annual and monthly digital marketing budgets, ensuring the right balance between brand and performance investment. Drive a test-and-learn culture, running regular experiments to uncover new opportunities and keep ahead of market trends. Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Marketing Operations, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and customer needs. Present clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing decisions and showcasing the impact of your work. Manage and develop a talented team of two Performance Marketing Specialists. What will help you be successful?
