Your role will focus on restoring function, preventing falls, and improving quality of life for vulnerable populations. Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions Manage a varied caseload with clinical reasoning and prioritisation skills Develop and review care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and the team Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external providers for seamless care Participate in student supervision, education, and quality improvement initiatives Ready to make a difference? Essential Requirements Qualification: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence. Demonstrated post‑graduate experience in aged care physiotherapy and skills including physiotherapy assessment, care coordination, intervention and education with clients with complex needs. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team including case planning and review and demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision. Demonstrated effective and efficient time management and ability to plan and prioritise workload. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills including negotiation, advocacy, and the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated effective written, verbal and non‑verbal communication skills. Demonstrated computer and technology skills including the ability to understand and efficiently use emerging technologies (including electronic medical records, word processing and databases). Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, evidence based practice and commitment to continuous professional development.
