The Advisor Support role at Boyce provides essential administrative support to our financial advisors, efficiently managing document preparation, compliance, and client data. This role also involves coordinating appointments, managing client files, and ensuring high standards of organisation and confidentiality. About you: You’re an organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. With excellent administrative and time management skills, you manage tasks like document preparation, client data management, and compliance with ease. You approach your work with professionalism and respect for client confidentiality while showing a genuine eagerness to learn and develop. You’re also comfortable using various software systems, from Microsoft Office to specialist internal platforms. Additionally, you thrive on collaboration, take initiative, and identify solutions that support team success. If you have the following experience, we’d love to hear from you: Previous experience in financial planning or professional services (desirable but not essential). Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a variety of clients over the phone and face-to-face. Friendly and approachable, comfortable interacting with clients and the Boyce team. Willingness to be flexible in duties and deliver exceptional service to both clients and team members. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications and other relevant software, with proficiency in office technology. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability for thorough task completion. A high level of responsibility and ownership of work quality and accuracy, taking pride in delivering error‑free outcomes and actively pursuing continuous improvement. A positive, “can‑do” attitude, along with strong adaptability and reliability.
