Overview The Southern Region Waste Resource Authority (SRWRA) is a small but strategically vital organisation supporting the Cities of Onkaparinga, Marion and Holdfast Bay in delivering sustainable waste management solutions. As a commercial entity operating in a local government landscape, SRWRA operates in a complex stakeholder environment and plays a leading role in protecting councils’ long‑term waste disposal interests. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship‑driven Corporate Services Manager to lead governance, finance, and organisational support functions. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in smaller, multifaceted environments and is confident navigating the intricacies of joint ventures, committees, and council relationships. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee Board and Committee operations, financial and strategic planning, IT and communications, HR and general administration. Together with the Operations Manager you will lead risk and regulatory compliance and WHS. You’ll also play a key role in building culture, leading a multidisciplinary team, and communicating SRWRA’s value to its council partners and the broader community.
