Work Health Safety and Wellbeing are seeking to establish a pool of Senior Consultants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during and up to the end of January, . Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. The Department's Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing directorate comprises two branches : Safety and Staff Wellbeing and the Employee Support Services. The directorate is responsible for ensuring compliance with WHS, injury management, workers' compensation and staff wellbeing functions for the Department, while fostering a proactive safety culture that prioritises the wellbeing of employees. There are full-time, permanent positions available for appointment ASAP. The Role This is a unique opportunity to shape and evaluate work health and safety outcomes across a large and diverse organisation. As Senior Consultant, you will lead research and analysis, investigate serious incidents, translate insights into practical solutions, and partner with worksites to embed improvements.
