Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for remote work. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee key client accounts, ensuring their travel programs are optimised for efficiency, value, and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, negotiating with suppliers, analysing program performance metrics, and providing strategic advice to meet client objectives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions, manage client expectations, and deliver exceptional service experiences. Qualifications Proven Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement experience. No less than 2 years experience Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Program Optimisation expertise Proficiency in Reporting, Data Analysis, and Performance Insight tools Knowledge of Corporate Travel Management, Supplier Relationships, and Travel Policy Advisory Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities Familiarity with travel technology tools and sustainability practices is an advantage What's in it for you?
