As our Strategic Property and Precinct Planner you’ll lead innovative projects that shape the future of our city. In this pivotal role you will : Drive precinct master planning and strategic property initiatives that deliver vibrant sustainable places. Champion urban design responses that enhance community wellbeing and align with sustainability goals. Partner with stakeholders across government industry and community to bring bold people-focused projects to life. Your work will directly contribute to revitalised places activated precincts and shared community infrastructure that reflects our vision for a sustainable and liveable city. About You : Tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning Urban Design Landscape Architecture Strategic Infrastructure Planning or Project Management. Demonstrated experience in precinct and master planning urban design and property redevelopment. Strong knowledge of strategic property management investment strategies and placemaking. Skills in spatial and digital planning tools with the ability to translate data into innovative design outcomes. A collaborative values-driven approach with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to attend some after-hours meetings. About Our Team : This role sits within the City Futures Division working in the City Planning & Sustainability Portfolio. Together we are shaping the citys growth through strategic planning sustainable development and vibrant placemaking initiatives. This versatile portfolio promotes and supports our local businesses and has a dedicated team coordinating the sustainability and environmental strategy of our City. The Detail : The position is offered on a 6 month part-time fixed-term basis (0.6 FTE) and is classified at Level 7 with a salary range of $ - $ per annum (pro-rata) Super Annual Leave Loading.
