Office Administrator – Full Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm) We’re on the lookout for a switched‑on Office Administrator who can keep our busy carpentry business running like a well‑oiled machine. You’ll also enjoy: Guaranteed work–life balance with Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm A genuinely supportive, respectful team A role with variety, ownership, and room for growth A workplace that values initiative and rewards reliability Responsibilities You’ll be the organisational backbone of the office, handling tasks such as: Processing supplier invoices, receipts, and credits Completing job invoicing and keeping accounts accurate and up‑to‑date Reconciling bank accounts and managing Xero Processing payroll accurately and on time Maintaining our company vehicle database Using and managing our Job Management System (Buildxact) — including data entry, job costing, documentation, updates, and ensuring information is always accurate Assisting with marketing activities as needed Supporting management and contributing to continuous improvement across the office About you You’ll be a great fit if you: Have 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role Have experience with job management systems — Buildxact experience is highly advantageous Are organised, efficient, and detail‑focused Can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without feeling overwhelmed Communicate clearly and confidently Bring a professional, friendly, down‑to‑earth attitude Can problem‑solve and make sound decisions when things get busy Are comfortable managing multiple moving parts and keeping the office running smoothly Requirements Hours This is a full‑time position based in Landsdale, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
