The Senior Occupational Therapist position is a dynamic role that works in collaboration with allied health colleagues to create innovative, sustainable and practical strategies, both technical and behavioural. It requires exemplary clinical skills to set a high standard of person‑centred, purposeful, functional, evidence‑based and relationship‑based therapeutic intervention for the team, and an ability to provide high‑quality supervision and mentoring. Our expanding service locations include Mandurah, Rockingham, Bentley, Armadale and Midland so a willingness to travel within the Perth metropolitan area is essential (pool car available) and occasionally to Geraldton and Kalgoorlie is beneficial. Your knowledge and skills: Tertiary qualification and AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, and experience providing clinical leadership or supervision to early career clinicians and/or students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, advocate and influence in a complex and dynamic environment Ability to think strategically, innovatively and pragmatically in finding ways to support vulnerable people in the community Demonstrated ability to resolve complex and challenging issues by taking timely and appropriate decisions, consulting where necessary National police certificate dated within 6 months, working with children check and NDIS worker check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
