Regional Services Manager

We are seeking a Regional Services Manager for Brisbane who will play a pivotal role at the front end of project design and delivery. This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary design, strong market knowledge, and the ability to shape procurement strategies. You will influence design development, mentor across services disciplines, and ensure alignment with D&C market expectations from a supply chain perspective. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead design strategy and development for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Act as a design champion during bid and early project phases, ensuring innovative and cost-effective solutions. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with market conditions and project objectives. Provide front-end leadership in navigating the D&C market, including supply chain engagement and risk management. Mentor project teams and services engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. Represent the business in design forums and client engagements, influencing outcomes and securing design wins. Ensure design compliance with sustainability, regulatory, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate services seamlessly into overall project design. About You: Proven experience in design management across multiple disciplines Strong understanding of D&C market dynamics and supply chain delivery models. Expertise in procurement strategy development and commercial awareness. Ability to operate at the front end of projects, influencing design and client decisions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Leadership capability to mentor and guide technical teams. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and compliance requirements.
