SEO Specialist

Purpose of the role We’re seeking a dynamic SEO Specialist to lead Youi’s search strategy and drive performance across our digital ecosystem. You’ll develop and execute a cutting‑edge SEO strategy that adapts to evolving search trends and generative AI. This role leads technical SEO, content, and link‑building initiatives to grow organic traffic and sales, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align SEO with Youi’s business goals. Key priorities Define and deliver Youi’s SEO roadmap, balancing quick wins with long‑term growth. Anticipate emerging search trends, including generative AI and evolving user behaviour. Lead technical SEO audits and partner with IT to ensure optimal site health and performance. Oversee structured data, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility best practices. Identify keyword opportunities and optimise on‑page content, metadata, and internal linking. Collaborate with content and UX teams to deliver data‑led content that drives visibility and conversion. Develop ethical link‑building and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority. Monitor backlink profiles and mitigate risks from low‑quality links. Build and maintain SEO dashboards to report on performance, insights, and competitor trends. Translate SEO data into actionable recommendations that align with business goals. About you- Experience & Knowledge : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred (not required). 5+ years of SEO experience with proven results in enterprise‑level websites. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools. Expertise in both technical SEO and content optimisation. Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and reporting platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for staying ahead of digital trends, especially AI‑driven search. Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and tech teams to integrate SEO into workflows. Work with external agencies and consultants for scalable SEO results. Advise senior stakeholders on SEO’s impact and strategic value. Ways of working Youi offers a hybrid model: in‑office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
