About the Role As our Office Manager , you'll be the go‑to person who keeps everything on track — from finance and admin to making sure the day‑to‑day runs like clockwork. This role requires a minimum of 3‑5 years of office management or administrative experience. Responsibilities Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations and data entry in Xero Handling calls, emails, scheduling and general office coordination Keeping field staff organised and supporting the leadership team with projects and admin tasks Maintaining job records, service logs, project documents and HSEQ paperwork No two days will be the same — one moment you're across the numbers, the next you're helping the team stay on top of jobs and deadlines Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management At least 1‑2 years of payroll processing experience Advanced level proficiency in Xero accounting software About the Company Based in Tuggerah, our business has over 25 years of experience delivering stainless steel manufacturing and equipment sales to the hospitality industry.
