They are seeking a polished, confident and highly organised Receptionist to represent the practice and provide invaluable support across the studio. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage incoming calls and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism. Maintain office supplies, presentation and general organisation. Coordinate social events and internal studio activities. Provide administrative support to directors, including travel arrangements. Assist with various ad‑hoc tasks to keep studio operations running smoothly. Skills & Experience Previous experience in reception, front‑of‑house or a similar administrative role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across all levels. Immaculate presentation and a friendly, confident manner. Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
