The Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) group contains the B-Line series solutions to reduce complexity, speed installation with safe, reliable, and efficient products and services within heavy industrial, commercial construction, petrochemical, oil and gas markets. Eaton’s B-Line series cable e management systems are available to support and secure indoor, outdoor low voltage and high-voltage cable pathways. We are looking for a Business Development/Product Manager to launch the B Line Series in Australia and New Zealand by developing and executing the go to sales and product strategy. This is highly visible role suitable for a driven and self-sufficient manager who understands cable management and can drive specifications with consultants, EPC’s and end users. What you’ll do: Identify and develop new opportunities and deliver value proposition proposals to the Data Center segment. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and launch our market presence for cable management in ANZ. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities. Develop the B Line business through new segment/industry/application research. Conduct opportunity assessments and business case development for new initiatives. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and geographies. Develop synergy opportunities cross product lines; Training B-Line product portfolio at GEIS partners and key accounts. Pursue proactive customer visits to create opportunities and establish professional relationships with companies, contractors, and end-user customers. Formulate action plans for industrial markets and customers, update action plans regularly, and summarize it for the periodic sales reviews. Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and orders to achieve growth and targeted projections. Qualifications: 10 years in industrial or electrical sectors, among which 5 years within business development or channel sales preferably in cable management. Electrical design or installation experience within an industrial or data centre segment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong initiative and growth mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and create a plan to launch a new product into the ANZ market.
