From caring for the birds to maintaining our sheds, you’ll be on the ground making things happen while leading a small team to success. If you’re ready to step up and take charge, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Be hands‑on in checking the health and well‑being of the birds, ensuring they have plenty of feed and water. Lead the cleaning and maintenance of sheds, and ensure all vaccinations are up to date. Work with your team to tackle the day‑to‑day tasks and keep everything running smoothly. Take care of manure management and get hands‑on with equipment like pressure washers. Keep an eye on the packing facility as needed and ensure everything stays safe and sound. About You Do you love rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into farm work? This isn’t a desk job – we’re looking for someone who thrives on hands‑on action and can lead a team with energy and passion. Whether you’ve been an Assistant Farm Manager before or are looking to take your next step up, we want someone who can bring a practical, “let’s get this done” attitude to the farm. Previous experience in poultry is great but not essential – what matters most is your leadership skills, problem‑solving ability, and mechanical know‑how. Ready to make an impact? Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team. General maintenance skills are a plus Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
