What You Will Do Coordinate communication and content to enhance the user experience across player lifecycle stages. Recommend and develop optimal plans for campaign delivery, format, and platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate. Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify offers to promote and timing. Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base. Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports. Bonus Points If You Also Have Sports & Gambling knowledge (advantageous). Cryptocurrency knowledge (advantageous). Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack.
