Partnerships & Ownership Manager After MyRacehorse's glorious Group 1-winning Spring Carnival, there is an exciting opportunity to join the team as Partnerships & Ownership Manager Overview How does building and managing a dynamic portfolio of strategic and commercial partnerships and delivering and innovating an elite owner experience for Australia's largest sports ownership platform sound? You will also get to work with a team of passionate like-minded individuals with an ambition to positively disrupt the racing industry and create engaging ownership experiences in Australia. By combining the two influential areas of Partnerships and Ownership, you will be empowered to drive both elite owner experience and major commercial impact while leading an already high-performing team . This is a full‑time role based in Melbourne, VIC . Key Responsibilities Leadership Play a key role in evolving and delivering both our Partnerships and Ownership strategies, setting and achieving short‑ and long‑term objectives Support and grow your team members by providing regular one‑on‑one feedback and development sessions Be a voice around the organisation and subject matter expert on all things relevant to your remit, in particular being a champion of owner experience Commit to regular team meetings, goal‑setting and measurement of performance – you should be highly organised and drive high performance both individually and most importantly across the team Partnerships Day‑to‑day management of existing partnerships, optimising both owner experience and commercial targets Identify and establish new partnerships that achieve owner and/or commercial objectives, while preserving our core brand experience and identity Strengthen our existing relationships with racing stakeholders, working towards shared goals around the growth of racing participation and ownership Ownership Lead a team with the singular focus of building great owner relationships, from new owner onboarding to optimising the ongoing experience. This includes regular conversations with owners whether in person or on the phone Lead business‑wide initiatives to connect our wider team with owners and ensure we stay in touch with what is working, what isn’t and owner sentiment Champion our owner‑first mentality, ensure all the insights we glean from our regular owner interactions are consolidated and shared back to the broader business What are we looking for?
