About The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Safety & Quality Coordinator to oversee occupational health and safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across our operations in Reservoir, Victoria . Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards and promoting a culture of safety and quality. In this Role Maintain and implement occupational safety and health systems, including risk assessments and emergency preparedness. Monitor and uphold quality standards across meat processing, packaging, and distribution. Coordinate HACCP documentation, audits, and compliance with Prime Safe, FSANZ, HALAL, and DAFF requirements. Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain training and licence registers and support return‑to‑work programmes. Lead internal and external audits and liaise with compliance teams. Support ESG reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Train staff on safety, hygiene, and quality practices. Other administrative tasks as required. You’re Likely a Match If Cert IV in OH&S and HACCP accreditation. Experience in food processing and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and ESG reporting. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
