Eager to evolve and excel your career within the automotive industry, you will relish the opportunity to step into our Key Account Manager role. Commercially minded and relationship-driven you will help shape customer strategy, execute commercial initiatives, and identify new opportunities across key retail and industrial partners. Naturally inquisitive and personable you will engage and partner with key accounts and distributors to achieve and maximise growth. Through your demonstrated expertise and understanding of the industry, you will establish credibility quickly, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also; Utilise customer insights and market analytics to manage the optimisation of profitability through effective negotiations and planning. Work closely with, product manager / buyer levels of key accounts, offering timely support while supporting their store networks. Collaborate and strategize with marketing, field sales and product management teams. The autonomy to make this role your own and harness the commitment to customer value and service excellence will be of great appeal to someone who is ambitious and looking to align a long-term career pathway with a reputable and iconic industry leader. Regional and interstate travel as required. What we are looking for As an industry professional you have established a strong reputation for delivering results and developing mutually beneficial partnerships across a competitive market. You are commercially inclined and possess a strong sense of ownership, always ensuring that you provide a solution that is aligned with business objectives and customer requirements. Ideally you will also have Experience in the automotive industry (Aftermarket trade/OEM’s) is highly desirable Proven track record in building and maintaining true working partnerships with customers Proactive and strategic approach to developing and securing new business Confident and collegial complimented by strong communication and presentation skills Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing frameworks, managing tenders, and contracts Action oriented with strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate to deliver cross functional business outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce (CRM) preferred Willingness to travel as needed within AU (as required) Energy and passion with a commitment to being a contributing member of a team What’s in it for you?
