What You’ll Be Doing Provide advice on HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle. Support recruitment activities including apprenticeships and operational roles. Assist with interpreting employment conditions under Enterprise Agreements and Awards. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees supporting a positive workplace culture. Contribute to performance and behaviour‑related matters under guidance. Help manage apprenticeship programs and support training outcomes. Assist with HR documentation reporting and annual People initiatives. What We’re Looking For A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. 13 years experience in an HR environment (internships graduate programs or entry‑level roles welcome). Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. A proactive resilient and service‑oriented mindset.
