This is a key role working directly alongside Anna Valentine (REIWA Commercial Agent of the Year) —you're not spread across multiple agents. When campaigns peak, you communicate early, prioritise well, and show up. It’s consistent, detailed work with clear ownership. About the role (what you’ll actually do) You’ll run the coordination for sales & leasing campaigns from listing launch to handover—appraisals, admin, marketing, documentation, enquiries, schedule inspections, and follow-through. Your organisation keeps momentum high and surprises low. Campaign Conductor: Coordinate end-to-end listing launches—photography, copy, portals, brochures, signboards, and social posts. Enquiry Air-Traffic Control: Triage enquiries, book inspections, and keep follow-ups timely and tidy. Inspection Management: Prep IMs, schedule viewings, and follow-ups Document & Deal Flow: Proposals, authorities, HOA, offers, and contract packs—track dates/conditions through to handover. CRM & Data Discipline: Keep the pipeline clean—matching, notes, tasks, and accuracy. Reporting & Momentum: Simple, regular vendor/landlord updates and campaign metrics that keep everyone moving. Marketing & Media: Liaise with designers/photographers, proof assets, and publish on Realcommercial, REIWA, and our channels. Compliance Champion: File management, checklists, ID verification, AML/KYC, and office procedures. Systems Builder: Help refine templates, checklists, and workflows as we scale (you’ll help write the playbook). Who you are Solid experience in coordination/projects/marketing/admin (commercial/residential/strata all welcome). Clear communicator (written & verbal) with good stakeholder care. Calm under competing deadlines; dependable and organised. Comfortable with portals and tech (REA/REIWA), CRM, Google Workspace; Canva a bonus. Real estate registration (or willingness to obtain) viewed favourably. We’re a supportive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together.
