About The Role Providing in-home care and assisting participants with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration. Supporting with domestic duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals and fostering independence. You will be working closely with an Area Manager who will provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure you are delivering the best care possible. About You At least 1 year of experience in the disability sector. Able to speak Tagalog or related language. Experience working with clients with Autism is highly beneficial. Previous experience with mobility aids and hoists is required. Valid CPR and First Aid certificates. A Certificate III in Disability (or similar) or higher. Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with participants. A commitment to Person‑Centered Practices, advocating for the autonomy and well‑being of each individual. Organizational skills and a proactive approach to care delivery. NDIS Workers Check. A valid NSW Driver’s License (or equivalent) and access to your own car is desirable. Why Maxlife Care?
