Our client is a national leading Packaging business specialising in all forms of Industrial Packaging solutions. They have strong stance within the Australian market offering many industry leading brands and products to the market such as adhesive tapes, bags, liners, builder’s film & safety products. They are known in the industry for offering first class customer service and decades of knowledge to ensure customers satisfaction. Position The position of account manager has now become available out of the head office in Melbourne. This position is like no other giving you full responsibility of a high performing territory, a great commission structure but also the opportunity to grow the industrial packaging division in windows and doors nationally. Your role will be to contribute to the ongoing growth of the region while also serving an existing portfolio of accounts. You will work in an autonomous capacity but will have the complete support of the sales team to ensure you are nothing but successful in your role, so you’ll never feel like you’re going into anything blind or without a paddle. Relationship management and contact of key accounts Sales cycle & pipeline management Product and solution promotion 30% in the office 70% out of the office Candidate Strong relationship skills with a customer focus Had exposure selling and dealing with B2B or Building Materials products Have a proven track record of achieving targets and budgets Open to sales backgrounds from B2B but preferred from the windows and doors industry Someone who is tenacious, dedicated and wants to grow a leading brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
