If this sounds like you, come and join us About the role Join Vocus as a Bid Coordinator and play a key role in our Bid Management team In this individual contributor role, you’ll support our bid team by ensuring responses to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Reporting to the Bid Management Team Leader, you’ll keep bid activities running smoothly—managing documentation, tracking processes, and coordinating stakeholders—so our Bid Managers can focus on strategy, content, and customer success. This position follows Vocus’s hybrid work model (two days in the office). This role requires forensic levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. In this role, you will: Coordinate Bid Processes – Manage day‑to‑day bid activities, ensuring milestones, timelines, and submission requirements are met. Manage Documentation – Maintain version control, format, and compile bid materials for internal review and final submission. Support Stakeholders – Schedule bid meetings, capture actions, and track deliverables from subject matter experts across the business. Maintain Content Library – Update and organise templates, case studies, and standard responses in the central bid content repository. Ensure Quality – Review submissions for completeness, formatting, and compliance with customer requirements. Track & Report – Assist with bid tracking and provide insights on activity volumes, outcomes, and key metrics. Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance bid turnaround efficiency. Adhoc Support Work – Complete questionnaires, portal compliance, and general support to sales leads. Key experience 3+ years in ICT bid coordination role Experience in supporting tenders or proposal processes within telecommunications or ICT Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks under tight deadlines Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Key skills Organisation & Time Management: Expert Detail & Quality Mindset: Expert Written & Verbal Communication: Expert Skills in Microsoft Office & Collaboration Tools: Expert Experience with CRM: Expert What We Offer Working at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
