About the Role We are seeking Personal Care Workers (previously known as Nursing Assistants) to join our team on a CASUAL or PART‑TIME basis with shifts available from Monday to Sunday You will be based at our Avalon home, located at Avalon House: 14 John Street, Avalon Beach, NSW 2107. Key Responsibilities Provide person‑centred care in line with Resident Care Plans to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life. Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition. Contribute to care plans and documentation. Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team. What You’ll Bring Experience in aged care (highly regarded). MUST have Certificate IV with medications. Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care. A genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly. A commitment to excellence in customer service and resident care.
