Our Perks And Benefits Flexible working Work a 9-day fortnight at Full pay on the Enterprise Agreement Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Fertility leave Corporate wear allowance Professional development and educational assistance Access to remote area benefit packaging – based on work location Salary starting from $112,408 + 12% Super And so much more What You’ll Do Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across facilities, including scheduling inspections and servicing for critical building equipment (e.g. fire safety, defibrillators, security systems) in line with compliance standards. Assist in the administration and monitoring of facility service contracts (e.g. cleaning, security, office supplies), ensuring performance standards are met and expenditure is accurately tracked. Maintain and update property and asset registers to support timely repair, replacement, and disposal of equipment in accordance with policies and regulatory obligations. Provide administrative support across facilities and project functions, including coordination of purchasing activities, and assisting with vendor and budget tracking. Coordinate and deliver compliance related training and the dissemination of updated policies and procedures to internal staff and external contractors across fleet, property, and safety. Support minor property project activities such as office fit-outs, relocations, and facilities upgrades by liaising with contractors, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. What We Are Looking For Relevant Tertiary degree or experience deemed equivalent Knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements relating to property Ability to communicate clearly and to write clear reports and communications for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders Demonstrated experience working in facilities management & property projects. Sound stakeholder relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Effective and efficient time management skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
